I had such high hopes for the new Costco, I was severely let down buy this one. The parking is absolutely horrendous... Such a horrible entrance into the parking from an extremely convoluted yet busy small Road. The handicap parking is set up horribly with the new sort of Hub design. I had also hoped that there would be a decent staging area for the handicapped carts so that we didn't have to sit outside on the cold cement in the wind and rain in the winter and in the heat in the summer. There is even a huge space just inside the door by customer service where they could put several benches but they totally neglect the need even when they are advised of it. There should be a decent staging area with seating inside so that you could wait for a motorized cart inside out of the elements. Also Costco has never been disabled friendly ever... They don't ask if you would like help out, and if you do ask for assistance taking your purchases to your car they tell you to go ask at the front door, then it takes someone a good 15 to 20 minutes to even show up to help you. The thing that is most astounding to me is if you are already out in the parking lot struggling to put your things into your car the shopping cart staff will stand as far back as they can, watching you struggle until you get the last item into your car... Then they will pop around and take the motorized cart. Would it actually hurt them to come on over and help you put your things in the car when they can see you're having so much trouble? And on that note I was told that they only have 5 motorized carts for this Costco... It is the only one for hours away, another bad idea... I'm sure they could have made a butt ton of money if they would have just kept both locations open, but is it not possible for a store that makes millions of dollars a month to have a few more motorized carts...? Handicap people have money to you know. The setup inside is not really any different except for the dairy cooler... I do like not having to try to wrestle a door that has to be pulled open rather than slid open. I would have loved to have seen them put in Dairy cases that had sliding doors so that you could be on the motorized cart and be able to push the door open and get the item, it is absolutely horrible to struggle with trying to maneuver the cart back and forth into the open door space to be able to reach something, and yes if you're wondering I am in that much constant pain that getting up out of the cart again and again is horrible. Also I would have hoped that someone would manage a better lineup for the checkout, you still can't shop any of the items that are near the checkout comfortably because the lines for the checkout wind around back through the product. And lastly to have the entrance to the tire center with the smell of nasty tires wafting through the building is ridiculous at best. I heard from someone that entrance into the restrooms was not from the inside anymore... It is so confusing the way they set this Costco up, I just don't understand why it looks so good on paper because it's absolutely horrendous in real life. It makes me sad to think that I may not even be able to go once a month because it is so horrible now to get into the store.

Much like the old one but larger. More space in isles but wider carts eat it up. Don't see a larger number of products but more inventory of existing products. The parking is greatly improved. Location of the store is better for me- closer and easier access.
